For our June employee of the month, our winner is our process engineer Laura Lake. Throughout June, Laura worked diligently on implementing a key piece of machinery on our production floor. To get the machine dialed in, she would often arrive early and stay late. Laura demonstrated first-class, cross-functional communication to train production team operators. Thanks to her hard work and excellent communication, our operators are trained up in running the new machine.
Laura exudes a “can do” attitude that is contagious. Her mindset not only inspires the operators she directly works with but also production team members who regularly collaborate with her as well.
