This product is primarily used to secure components used in overhead transmission and distribution lines to pin insulators on distribution or utility poles. Copper tie wire can also be used for grounding applications.

This product is primarily used to secure components used in overhead transmission and distribution lines, including conductors and pin insulators. Aluminum tie wire is also suitable for grounding applications.

Tap Wire

TAP Wire is used as a lead from primary phase conductors to equipment bushings. This is suitable for usage in spacer cable, tree wire, weatherproof wire, and bare wire distribution lines rated for 5KV.

Transformer Riser Wire

Used with transformer risers at voltages of up to 35kV. Conductors are solid or stranded soft copper. Stranded conductors are concentrically stranded. The insulation is a high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE).

Covered Line Wire is used as a transformer wire, and provides excellent mechanical, abrasion, moisture, chemical and oil resistance. It is not considered an electrical insulation; however, it does reduce faults due to atmospheric conditions, vibrations, and crossed leads.
