We are happy to announce that Sabrina Livermore, one of our Finance team members, is our November 2022 employee of the month. Sabrina has made a big impact on the Finance team in a short amount of time. Sabrina has recently taken on the task of bringing fixed asset management into the Finance fold here at Kris-Tech. She dove right into this project without hesitation and is currently assisting in implementing the fixed asset module in our new ERP system.
Sabrina has been a huge help to our inventory count team. Sabrina has taken on the task of updating and maintaining our AOP workbooks by cost center that will be critical building blocks of our 2023 budget planning process. She has also volunteered to be a part of our physical inventory team. Each month she dedicates half a Saturday to assist in the physical inventory count.
Sabrina exudes the KT Way of committing to excellence and winning together. She has streamlined processes for employees to have more visibility on paychecks, receive their reimbursements for employee referrals faster and created processes for onboarding new employees more efficiently. These are all things that increase overall employee retention and happiness. Employees have more access to their information, faster turnaround times, and more visibility on overall employment finances, all thanks to her hard work and dedication. She processes payroll weekly and is a constant driver of making sure payroll is done on time or ahead of schedule to meet deadlines.
When an issue arises, Sabrina does not look at it as a solo mission. Never once has Sabrina been too busy to stop and help work through an issue or problem. When there is something that needs correcting, Sabrina never points fingers but instead she comes with a learning and growing mindset. Finally, she has an ease about her that makes working with her enjoyable, whether the team member is in Finance, Operations, or Sales.
