Tracer Wire Inside Sales

This position is primarily responsible for prospecting for, and winning, new customer accounts in the pet fence market. Additionally, this team member will be strengthening existing customer accounts while executing on day-to-day customer service to support the specific needs of each pet fence account. All while proactively articulating and executing upon Kris-Tech’s value proposition of flexibility, responsiveness and excellent customer service in the market in order to support Kris-Tech’s strategic growth plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Account Development:
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing accounts while identifying, creating and capturing value within these accounts.
    • Execution of prospecting for new opportunities/accounts:
      • Development of pre-call plans that define the purpose and goal of your call while capturing the customer needs and pertinent information to execute on the opportunity.
      • Making quality outbound calls to develop leads, qualify customer needs & gaps.
      • Build & leverage relationships to identify new opportunities that align with Kris-Tech.
  1. Execution of day-to-day customer service to support the specific needs of each account while creating an excellent customer experience:
    • Develop and provide the customer with pricing that captures the value Kris-Tech is providing.
    • Perform customer follow-ups to quotes and opportunities.
    • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness in everything we do for the customer while proactively providing them with needed information.
    • ID and drive solutions to resolve any customer issues (be their problem solver).
  2. Adhere to Activity Metrics as assigned by Sales Team Leader.
  3. Additional future responsibilities at managements discretion.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Inside and Outside Sales Team Members initiatives as well as creating a personalized, excellent customer experience. Additionally, this role works cross-functionally with the Process Team to identify solutions to support customer needs. The Customer Service Team proactively executes upon Kris-Tech’s value proposition of flexibility, responsiveness, and excellent customer service in the market in order to support Kris-Tech’s strategic growth plan.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the Sales Team through processing of: sales orders, sales related data & sales related administrative requirements.
  • Performs inventory stock checks to confirm availability to support today / tomorrow requests during both the quoting and order entry phases of the sales process.
  • Proactively provides customers with required information such as, but not limited to: spec sheets, order confirmation, shipment tracking information and invoices.
  • Collaborates with the Process Team to monitor the status of open factory orders to ensure on-time shipment while communicating any updates to the corresponding Sales Team Member and customer.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Exemplify and live the Company Values.

 

Necessary Skills
