This position is primarily responsible for prospecting for, and winning, new customer accounts in the pet fence market. Additionally, this team member will be strengthening existing customer accounts while executing on day-to-day customer service to support the specific needs of each pet fence account. All while proactively articulating and executing upon Kris-Tech’s value proposition of flexibility, responsiveness and excellent customer service in the market in order to support Kris-Tech’s strategic growth plan.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Inside and Outside Sales Team Members initiatives as well as creating a personalized, excellent customer experience. Additionally, this role works cross-functionally with the Process Team to identify solutions to support customer needs. The Customer Service Team proactively executes upon Kris-Tech’s value proposition of flexibility, responsiveness, and excellent customer service in the market in order to support Kris-Tech’s strategic growth plan.
