Meet Griffin Tubbs: June 2026 Employee of the Month

June’s Employee of the Month falls squarely in the second category. 

This month’s winner brings a calm demeanor to every team they serve on by staying composed, listening carefully, and helping find solutions to even the most difficult problems. Not only do they serve as a crucial conduit between commercial and operations, but they approach each day with sincerity and KrisTech’s best interests in mind. 

The result is an attitude that gives customers and teammates alike confidence that everything is taken care of. 

For his steady presence, customer-focused creativity, and team-first approach, we’re thrilled to announce that Supply Chain Planner Griffin Tubbs is your June 2026 Employee of the Month! 

Creative Solutions to Complex Problems 

Griffin never shies away from a challenge, especially when it means finding a unique solution for our customers. 

He’s constantly finding creative ways to support others. Sometimes, it means thinking through a challenging request and finding a workable path forward or simply digging in when the standard answer doesn’t quite work. Griffin’s consistently strong commitment to helping the team succeed shines through in how well he serves our customers. 
 
Although Griffin is an outstanding problem-solver, he’s also an in-the-trenches collaborator. He works closely with the Sales team, engages the right people on projects, and approaches every situation with a win-win mindset. 

No matter how busy his day might be, Griffin is ready to jump in and talk through open issues as they arise. That kind of teamwork makes a difference behind the scenes, where so much of the customer experience is shaped. 

Celebrating Our Nominees 

Griffin is June’s Employee of the Month, but we have another nominee to celebrate, too! 

Christina Wilcox, Documentation Specialist - Christina has been instrumental in several KrisTech projects of the past couple of months, including our New Employee Orientation training program, ISO 9001 certification efforts, and expanding Lean Manufacturing knowledge through 5S events. 

Beyond these projects, Christina has also cross-trained in Safety, ISO Awareness, Documentation Control, and Lean Manufacturing, providing valuable backup support. She’s also been a tour de force for the company’s Wellness Committee, promoting employee engagement and wellbeing.
