Your May Employee of the Month is none other than Logistics Coordinator Geanna Fezza!
Geanna doesn’t just save the company money; she makes sure every shipment is moved as efficiently and effectively as possible.
“In the last month alone, Geanna saved KrisTech over $10,000 by actively quoting all full truckload (FTL) shipments—a process that requires both time and attention to detail,” Supply Chain Director Marcus Tagliaferri said. “Her ownership and consistent follow-through truly reflect her commitment to excellence.”
Beyond her eagle-eyed approach to logistics, Geanna always finds ways to support her teammates and our customers.
“From resolving freight claims and securing reimbursements to identifying alternative shipping solutions, she ensures the broader team is set up for success,” Tagliaferri said.
Part of being a leader is helping others when they need it most. Geanna strives to make others feel welcome while providing them with the necessary tools to make an immediate impact.
“She has been incredibly welcoming to new employees, dedicating significant time to training, sharing best practices, and helping coworkers build confidence and capability,” Tagliaferri explained. “Her ability to build trusted relationships is evident in how she partners across the organization. She is approachable, reliable, and consistently follows through—earning trust with both internal stakeholders and external partners.”
