Meet Lisa Napelitano: April 2026 Employee of the Month

And sometimes, someone goes above and beyond, taking initiative and capturing new ground. This month’s Employee of the Month embodies both. Like a true queen, our winner protects the castle, using her instincts and experience to support customers, solve problems, and keep things moving with confidence and care. And when others need support, a helping hand, or consistent leadership, she’s there. For defending our castle, conquering new lands, and elevating everyone around her, this month’s Employee of the Month is Lisa Napelitano!

Expanding the Empire

Thanks to her tireless work, Lisa has maintained existing business, pursued new opportunities, strengthened long-term relationships, and expanded KrisTech’s reach. “Lisa approaches her work with determination and tenacity to support customers and drive results, all while maintaining a strong team-first attitude,” VP of Operations Jeff Handley explained. “Lisa’s communication is outstanding, with consistent, proactive engagement across all departments to ensure alignment and momentum.” Over the last month, her victories include:

Working with internal teams to submit a large-scale bid with a critical partner

Earning access to additional locations with a long-standing partner, scheduling in-person meetings throughout May

Becoming a key member of the sales team interview group, ensuring the right people are on the bus

Performing above her Q1 plan

Offering and scheduling multiple customer visits to connect her peers with strategic regional customers outside of the Electrical Transmission space

Lisa’s stellar work shows that leadership is more than protecting the castle; it’s also about building a kingdom. “She has grown so much in her role here at KrisTech and has become a top-notch salesperson,” Handley said. “There is never any wishy-washy language or lack of communication with her. She is always to the point, direct, and customer focused.”
