Meet Aaron West: October 2026 Employee of the Month

If you think about it, KrisTech is a lot like Sesame Street. Each day, a diverse group of characters come together to share their experiences, laughs, and difficult moments - and often leave with new wisdom. 

But every Sesame Street needs a Big Bird; someone special who makes working together a little bit easier. They step in when help is needed, respond when someone reaches out, and build relationships that bring everyone together. 

Around here, a certain birdie has become someone teams know they can count on. Whether supporting Respool, Warehouse, Production, CSS, or Sales, this person consistently jumps in, lends a hand, and helps keep things moving in the right direction. 

That’s why the letter A is for Planner Aaron “Birdie” West, October’s Employee of the Month! 

A is for Always Helping 

Aaron's willingness to support multiple departments is a great example of winning together.  

But success isn't just one department getting the job done — it's everyone working together toward the same goal. 

When Respool needs support, Birdie is there. When Warehouse or Production needs help, he rolls up his sleeves. And if CSS or Sales reaches out looking for information or support, Aaron makes it a priority to respond and help find a path forward. 

A is for Above and Beyond 

One quality that stands out about Aaron is his commitment to excellence, particularly in the support he provides the CSS and Sales teams. 

His responsiveness, communication, and follow-through strengthen connections between our customers' needs and our operations. Those everyday interactions matter, and Aaron's consistent approach shows that excellence isn't always found in one big moment.  

Often, it's doing the little things right, being dependable, and being there when the team needs you. 

A is for Amazing Relationships 

Birdie also shows what it means to build trusted relationships. 

You’ll never find Aaron working in a silo. He constantly works with production employees, shift leaders, Respool, Warehouse, CSS, and Sales, building strong cross-functional relationships. Thanks to his approachable attitude, willingness to communicate, and readiness to help, Aaron demonstrates the kind of teamwork that makes KrisTech stronger. 

We build trust one interaction at a time, and Aaron shows that being dependable and supportive goes a long way toward bringing people and departments together. 

And Today's Word Is... TEAMWORK! 

If we could sum up Birdie’s contributions with one word, it’d be TEAMWORK. 

Aaron doesn't just focus on his own tasks. He sees the bigger picture and understands that when one department needs help, supporting them helps everyone succeed. His willingness to step up, communicate, collaborate, and support others represents the kind of employee we want to recognize and celebrate. 

So, this month, “A” is for Aaron! Thank you for your commitment to excellence, building trusted relationships, and showing us what winning together looks like every day.
