Our October employee of the month is Diane Anderson.  

This past month, Diane has not only excelled in working on the ERP project but she also has had a large impact on leading the finance team. Diane continued to play an instrumental in working cross functionally in building out our new ERP system while executing all of her daily activities. Diane has taken on multiple initiatives during the ERP project to work on a variety of projects, including data cleansing activities to upload into the system, taking ownership of new process work flows, and ensuring testing of the finance business scenarios.

On the team level, Diane has continued to demonstrate our values.  During 2020, Diane has taken on leadership responsibilities of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as we have added to our finance team. Her commitment to helping others by consistently going above and beyond exudes Kris-Tech core values of teamwork. Whenever a team member needs a helping hand or has a question, no matter what Diane is doing, she will stop to assist (with a smile). A year ago, Diane did a phenomenal job in accounting as a team of one; but now with her new teammates she has done a superb job of training and coaching.
