Meet Sabrina Livermore: September 2026 Employee of the Month

Sometimes, silence is golden.

When a system breaks, or a project launches poorly, everyone knows about it. But what happens when a system just works? No chaos. No major surprises. 

KrisTech has launched several big projects in recent years, but what set this most recent one apart was how smoothly the go-live went. Behind the scenes, one person completely crushed the implementation from start to finish, serving as project manager, problem solver, tester, coordinator, and trainer. 

And in the end, it’s the result that gets the tip of the hat. People got paid, punches worked, and we kept moving. 

For taking ownership well beyond their job description, stepping up wherever needed, and driving one of our most important implementations of the year, our September 2026 Employee of the Month is Sr. Accountant Sabrina Livermore!

Making It Look Easy 

The Paycor project went live seamlessly, but that doesn’t happen by accident. 

Implementing a new payroll, HR, timekeeping, and expense system is a huge undertaking. It touches every employee in the organization and leaves very little room for error. Throughout the process, Sabrina kept the project organized, chased down answers, solved problems early on, supported employees and managers, and continuously pushed us toward a successful go-live. 
 
“What stands out most is her ownership,” Director of Finance Chris Galante said. “She didn't measure success by whether her part was finished — she measured it by whether KrisTech was ready. That is exactly what it means to Win Together and Lead by Example.” 

Sabrina also demonstrated commitment to KrisTech’s other core values through her attention to detail, willingness to learn an entirely new system, and ability to become someone everyone could count on throughout the project. 

“The result speaks for itself: Paycor went live smoothly,” Galante said. “Anyone who has been through a payroll or ERP implementation knows it only happens because someone put in an enormous amount of work behind the scenes to make something incredibly complicated look easy.” 

And, of course, if everyone is still paid correctly after this announcement, we'll consider the implementation officially successful.

Celebrating Our Nominees 

Sabrina is September’s winner, but we had another strong candidate for this month’s award. 

Dale Casterella - Dale plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. His efforts directly support our SMART 5 objectives and improve our ability to deliver for customers. 

In addition to his daily responsibilities, he regularly assists with cycle counts, helping the team improve inventory accuracy from approximately 50% to 95%. This significant improvement has strengthened inventory reliability and supports smoother production flow across the organization. 

Through his dependability and consistent follow-through, Dale has built strong relationships across multiple departments. Production teams, warehouse personnel, and coworkers throughout the facility trust him to deliver what they need, when they need it. His responsiveness and reliability contribute to an environment where teams work efficiently together and better serve our customers.
