More Than a Manufacturing Job

KrisTech is devoted to making a difference – for our customers, our community, and each other.

We know engaged and motivated employees lead to satisfied customers, which is why we’ve created a culture that puts employees first, makes personal and professional growth accessible, and encourages and equips them to be their best selves.

Our Values

Our values aren’t slogans – they’re the standards. They define how we show up for each other, how we operate every day, and how we win as a team.

At KrisTech, culture isn’t separate from performance – it drives performance. These values shape our decisions, our accountability, and our commitment to being a reliable partner to our customers and to each other.

Together, they form The KrisTech Way.

Win Together

We win as a team – period.

We put the team above the individual, share credit when things go right, and take ownership when they don’t. We hold ourselves and each other to high standards and communicate directly and respectfully. We compete to win and support one another in doing it.

Commit to Excellence

Excellence is a choice we make every day.

We don’t settle for “good enough.” We prioritize safety, quality, and continuous improvement in everything we do. We step up to help, speak up when something’s off, and take pride in doing things the right way – even when it’s hard. That’s how we deliver consistent, reliable results.

Lead by Example

Leadership isn’t a title – it’s how we act.

We take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and do the right thing even when it’s hard. We’re always open to better ideas, owning our mistakes, and learning from them. We treat the business like it’s our own and hold ourselves accountable to the standards we expect from others.

Build Trusted Relationships

Trust is how we move fast and win.

We earn it through consistency, honesty, and follow-through. We respond quickly, communicate clearly, and do what we say we’ll do. We invest in strong, enduring relationships – starting inside our walls and extending to our customers and partners – because trust compounds over time. And candidly, we enjoy it – we work with people we trust, and we have fun doing it.

Learn and Grow

We’re never finished – and that’s the point.

We stay curious, embrace challenges, and look for ways to improve. We share knowledge, learn from mistakes, and focus on getting better – as individuals and as a team. We approach our work with humility, knowing we don’t have all the answers and staying open to better ways of doing things. Growth isn’t about titles – it’s about the endless pursuit of progress.
