In a world where everything is constantly moving, shifting, and changing, staying cool, calm, and collected can be the difference between failure and success.

But it’s one thing to stay calm under pressure, and another completely to take that chaos, harness it, and thrive. February’s Employee of the Month isn’t just a master of keeping their head on straight amongst the constant change; they’ve also found ways to improve life for those around them.

This person wears multiple hats, has an incredible eye for detail, and takes it upon themselves to continuously learn and grow. That’s why we’re thrilled to say Customer Service Specialist Kylie Aldrich is our February Employee of the Month!

The Eye of the Storm

Kylie operates quietly like a ninja, but her presence is felt throughout the entire company.

“When a role suddenly needed coverage, Kylie didn’t blink— she just absorbed an entire additional position on top of her own and kept everything running so smoothly that it was suspicious,” Sales Director Aaron Reighard said. “Zero issues, zero errors, and no fires to put out because none were ever started.”

Balancing double-duty would be enough for one person, but Kylie wasn’t finished. She also took it upon herself to learn more about our products by arranging a tour with one of KrisTech’s local customers and spending a few hours with them to understand their processes.

“Kylie has exceptional business instincts. She understands not only the task at hand but the broader impact on the company,” VP of Finance Bob Pagano said. “Her judgment, awareness, and commitment to excellence truly reflect leading by example.”

Eagle Eyes

Being an incredible customer service team member involves more than simply delighting customers with a beaming smile and pleasant demeanor.

“Her patience and professionalism stand out, especially when navigating competing priorities or supporting cross-functional needs, Pagano explained. “She approaches challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.”

Sometimes, addressing and correcting customer issues means catching them before they even have a chance to leave the building. When Kylie noticed UL labels on some wire had been missed in production, she personally handled the issue — without pointing a finger.

“Kylie plays a critical role in maintaining order accuracy and delivering responsive customer service,” Pagano said. “She understands that precision and timeliness directly affect our customers’ operations and our reputation. Her attention to detail and follow-through ensures that orders are handled correctly and that customers receive prompt, thoughtful communication.”

In short, Kylie gets it.

Building Bonds

Kylie is more than a great worker. She’s a good person, too.

Despite handling additional duties on top of her daily routine, Kylie still finds time to take part in the company’s extracurriculars.

“She stays fully locked in with both the KrisTech CARES and Wellness teams, proving that accuracy, empathy, and follow-through can, in fact, coexist,” Reighard said. “Kylie consistently demonstrates what it means to Win Together and Build Trusted Relationships. She is always pleasant, responsive, and dependable. When Kylie commits to something, you can trust that it will be handled thoroughly and on time.”
