Quality control begins as we draw, anneal and strand 5/16" copper rod into multiple AWG wire gauges. Our insulating equipment produces extrusions of XLP, HMWPE, Kynar, Halar and PVC insulation and jacketing, cut into the customized lengths and put-ups that our customers request.

By vertically integrating our manufacturing process, we control product quality, specifications and lead times at each phase of the production cycle. All of our processes are supported by thorough testing, ensuring our products comply with UL, CSA, NEC and other industry standards, as well as particular customer specifications.
