The Receptionist manages customer visits and inquiries, answers telephone calls, as well as assisting with administrative tasks as requested by other department managers in the building.
1. Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
2. Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
3. Take complete and accurate messages with the current date and time and deliver messages to the appropriate party as soon as possible.
4. Assists Finance team with AP/AR
5. Other job responsibilities to be assigned at Manager discretion.
6. Scheduling of lunch and learns.
7. Assists with company events.
